Since early age I was engaged in sports and recreation so I decided to follow my passion and became a therapist. Earned my bachelors degree in Kinesiotherapy ( Kinesiology) from the Sports University in Kaunas, Lithuania ( the capital of basketball).
For many years I combined personal training carrier with massage therapy. I realized that one can’t go without the other.
Being a vivid cyclist and gym enthusiast as well as mountain biker and pilates class supporter I have a great understanding of body needs. Only a healthy muscle can produce a positive result!
